Stock box sizes rarely fit a product perfectly. A bespoke cardboard box is cut to your dimensions, so the product sits snugly, less filler is needed, and the parcel is more likely to fall into a cheaper courier band. Over a full year of dispatch, that combination of lower material use and lower shipping cost routinely outweighs the small premium on a made-to-order box.
Specification Options
- Board grade: single wall for lighter goods, double wall for heavy, fragile or long-distance shipments, and heavier grades for pallet and export use.
- Style: standard 0201 shipper, die-cut postal and mailing boxes, crash-lock bases, lidded rigid boxes and custom inserts.
- Finish: plain brown kraft, plain white, or litho and flexo print in up to full colour, including printed interiors.
- Extras: tear strips, adhesive tape strips for returns, hand holes and printed fragile or handling marks.
Sustainability
All of our bespoke cardboard boxes are produced on FSC certified, 100% recyclable corrugated board and are supplied flat packed to keep storage and transport efficient. Water-based inks are used as standard on printed runs so the finished box stays kerbside recyclable for your customers.
