Double Wall Cardboard Boxes

When a single wall box is not enough, double wall is the answer. Two fluted layers bonded between three liners give a dramatically stronger carton with far better crush and stacking resistance, which is exactly what heavy, fragile or awkward items need when they go through a courier network.

The range runs from 12x9x9" through to a full 24x18x18" large parcel box, taking in cube sizes at 16x16x16" and 18x18x18" that suit bulkier household goods, appliances, glassware and machined parts.

Where double wall earns its money

Double wall board handles pallet stacking, multi-leg journeys and international freight far better than standard corrugate. If your parcels are arriving crushed at the corners, or you are double boxing to compensate, stepping up to double wall usually costs less than the damage and returns it prevents.

Practical detail

Boxes arrive flat packed with a glued joint and fold up in seconds. Brown kraft outer takes tape and labels cleanly, and the board is fully recyclable. Larger sizes are sold singly so you can buy exactly what you need, with prices falling sharply as quantities rise.
