The standard 2" core slots straight into any stretch wrap dispenser or semi-automatic pallet wrap machine, letting operators wrap each pallet faster, tighter and more consistently than by hand. A flush core gives the dispenser a clean grip on the roll, applies even tension as it rotates, and removes the fatigue and inconsistency that come with hand wrapping. Pair it with a basic plate-type dispenser to dramatically improve load stability.
Heavy-duty 17 micron film
17 microns of multi-layer LDPE keeps mixed and irregular loads stable across long journeys. 400 metre rolls reduce changeovers, and the film cling holds without slipping, even on cardboard and shrink-wrapped goods.
